myKeyTimeSensorEn

myKeyTimeSensor is a dynamic token key exclusively for an employee, which has been created to minimize the probability of impersonation or fraud and is only valid at the moment of registering entries, breaks and exits. Its use is exclusively intended for the TimeSensor platform.

To be able to use myKeyTimeSensor you must have a user account on the TimeSensor platform, the administrator user * of the platform can send the client code, the user and the activation code, once you enter the three details and pressing the "Enter" button, myKeyTimeSensor will show the QR key that can be used to perform attendance checks on the TimeSensor platform.

How to supply the activation code for the use of myKeyTimeSensor:

- Once the administrator account has been created you must enter the administrative panel by clicking on the option "Login Administrative Panel" from the following link https://www.pixanweb.com/timesensor/(The information for the login must appear in the email that was used for account creation).

- You must activate the account, once you have entered to the administrative panel you will see Inactive Status, below you will see a link that says "Click to activate account", you must click, enter the activation key that was sent via email, then click the button " Activate".

- You must create the user, click on the “Users” option in the vertical menu on the left, then click on the “Click here to Add a new user” button, enter the data and click on the “Save” button.

- Now is the time to generate the activation code for the use of myKeyTimeSensor, you must click on the "MyKey" option in the vertical menu on the left, once located in the MyKey module, you must select the employee, fill in the related field to the Reason and click on the Process button.
