A Customer can:

1. Send out their AP/Quote request to ALL Service Providers within their selected service category.

In the case of a Quotation Request, each Service Provider responds with a Quote, and the Customer places an Order with whomever they choose.

In the case of an AP Request, the request is sent to all Service Providers, and the job goes to whoever accepts it first.

2. Send their AP/Quote request directly from their list of Preferred Providers.
