Keeping the experience in view and observations made on the youth, he thought of becoming a trainer and motivator for which he has spent huge amount of time, talent and treasure. He has felt that if the youth is trained well in the country, our country will be excellent in the world. To discharge resposibility as citizen of this great country India, he has opted for this profession. At last he has graduated as a trainer and motivator and became an official trainer in the year 2012. From then onwards he has given trainings in various colleges like Mater Minds, Aditya group, Rise group, Ongole, Suryapet, Markapuram, Palakol, Koyyalagudem, Dubacherla, Thadipatri, Mariped banglaw, Vijayawada, Bhimavaram, Jangareddygudem and various other places where the government and private colleges have utilized the services of Shri Venugopal.

He is proud to claim that he has conducted and seminars and trained, motivated 63000+ students till now.

Apart from student trainings he has given excellent counselling to the couple who wants to part in their life and made them to be happy couple which gave him excellent satisfaction in his life.

His wish is to make the Indian youth as world's champions.
