Used permissions:
- ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE > used to read and list active networks
- INTERNET > used to verify internet connection and get a public IP address (to be shown in the notification, disabled by default)
- ACCESS_WIFI_STATE > used by troubleshooter to check if Wifi is turned on and get a current Wifi name
- CHANGE_WIFI_STATE > used by troubleshooter to enable Wifi if needed
- WRITE_SETTINGS > used by troubleshooter to change DHCP settings if detected troubles with default gateway or IP address
- RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED > used to start notification on boot
- FOREGROUND_SERVICE > used on Android 9 Pie in order to start service with notification in foreground (to avoid crashes)
