NextGenGP is a part of digital healthcare services provided for users who want to consult their own GPs using video call appointment service or contact their GPs for Referrals, Prescriptions and/or Sick notes. Using NextGenGP you are be able to connect to your own GPs using video call option without having to go onsite.

Appointment with your own GP per their availability. This option makes it easier for patients who are at work or cannot leave from their place due to various constraints or limiting factors, thus making your journey easier. All of the doctors that you connect to, using our specific app for the NHS services or UK app, are UK GMC registered doctors.

Our Talk2GP service aka NextGenGP for NHS is made available to surgeries that are signed up to our services.

Prescriptions can be sent electronically to our partnered pharmacy services (limited to specific areas and locations) or sent direct to your designated pharmacy.

Patients can access their own GPs using our appointment services for video consultation.

NextGen’s AI powered symptom checker called MiA helps you with your symptoms using our database of millions of symptoms and conditions and matches with your symptoms.

Frequent Questions:

Are my GPs UK registered?

Yes, all our GPs consulting through this app are UK GMC registered. If you are using our NHS services, then the GPs will be from your won GP surgery.

Is the service onsite as well?

For our NHS services, you can consult with your GP via video call and if needed then you can book a face to face appointment with your GP.

For our private services, we do not offer face to face onsite appointments at the moment.

Can I book doctors during holidays or weekends?

For the NHS services, you are able to book appointments only during the days and time that your surgery has provided the appointments for. However, for our private services, you are able to book appointments between 7am to 7pm any day including holidays.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Your data is safe. We are regulated by CQC (Care Quality Commission) and our database and hosting is done from highly secure servers and all information is encrypted. We follow strict rules of privacy and are also registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
