NISHTHA Shushrusha

Nishtha Shushrusha is a health and wellness application developed in collaboration with the state of Assam for the CHOs and patients of the state. This mobile-based application provides a platform for the patients to track and monitor their health vitals, treatment adherence, and progress over time. CHO-level access will facilitate real-time monitoring of the patient’s health data for prompt action.
