Meniscus tear can result from sudden movement of the knee, knee impact or wear of the meniscus over time. Meniscus injury causes pain in the knee and causes difficulty in movement.

After examining the patient, the doctor directs the patient to surgical or other treatment methods according to the degree of rupture of the meniscus. Exercise therapy is recommended for low grade stress and wear.
