When recording malfunctions in the field, the employee can enter the visible characteristics of the malfunction, problems, causes, and methods of repair. As in the desktop application, this data is entered from pre-prepared closed lists in order to ensure the prerequisites for future quality analyzes and optimal system rehabilitation. It is possible to take photos and store them with the registered failure in the spatial database.

Also, through the mobile application, it is possible to assign specific employees to inspect or repair the malfunction. At the moment of charging, the user receives a notification - a notification on his mobile device. Through the application, the employee has access to all previously added information about the location, characteristics and photos of the defect.
