The ODEON Cinemas Group Conference 2018 is our annual strategy kick off event. Every year since 2015, our senior leaders from across Europe have gathered at a two day business event to hear about the strategy for the year ahead. This is followed in March by local territory conferences. Following an acquisition in 2017, this year is the first time our newly combined Group has come together and it’s important that we start the year with the same plans across all 14 countries. The conference will cover the Big Plan, our mission, vision, values, strategy, targets, budgets and people plans for 2018. It’s a chance for our top leaders to hear directly from the senior team, ask questions, meet and network with colleagues and gain insights to share with their own teams on their return to the business.
