ollo was founded in march 2019 and has its headquarters

in pune.ollo company was founded by mekkat sumesh and his first lady in 2019.

It is popularly known as 'Mekandan's' retail chain in 2019 they launched

ollo online grocery delivery service. On April 01, 2020, ollo partnered

with a non-profit organisation and through their programme provided

relief materials to people who were affected during the covid 19.

ollo currently operates in 4 cities namely Cochin, Calicut, kottayam,

malappuram .on September 2020, they will acquired

micro-delivery system.

Customers use a mobile application to order groceries online, ollo employees

then secure the items from their warehouse and their sub dealers

and deliver the items to the consumer. ollo has partnered with ‘Kerala

farm diaries’ and agriculture department project which has over 500 local

farmers across Kerala that help harvest crops and processed at their

collection centers During the Corona virus pandemic in 2020, ollo along with

India was among the few online grocery platforms that continued to

operate in India. In December 2019, ollo launched daily service to

deliver milk, organic vegetable to its customers. In December 2019,

they launched BB instant.
