On-Time

On-Time (Online Timesheet) is an app created for Department of Anaesthesia, Box Hill Hospital, which allows you to submit your fortnightly timesheet electronically. You will require a username and passcode login to access the app.

The app has 3 main sections:

1. Current Timesheet

The timesheet will be refreshed automatically each fortnight with dates and shifts populated from your monthly roster, which you can modify in the 'Default Roster' section. You can split each day to morning and afternoon shifts, and include extra comments. You can select from multiple hospital sites and add different leave types. There is also a section for adding oncall shifts and another section to include time deduction for private patient care.

2. Default Roster

Initially your default monthly roster will be populated automatically from our roster template. You can modify and update this anytime. You can also split each day, add comments, and include regular oncall shifts. In the header section you can see which week of the roster we are currently in.

3. My Profile

In this section you can change your passcode, which is required to login and submit your timesheet, as well as your email address for communication.
