OOS Form

This application is intended for specific group of people: employees of “JTI Kazakhstan” LLC and other adult persons (18 and above) obtained access to the application after successful registration.

The OOS Form mobile app has been designed to collect information on out-of-stock products in retail outlets, determine the Out-of-Stock (OOS) level and then adjust replenish the product stocks in stores. The app allows you to report one or more company’s products missing in a store.

To place an order in the OOS Form mobile app, simply select a store on the map or from the list, press the “Report OOS” button, select the missing products and then press “Send”. The orders you send are automatically registered in the system and their quantity is displayed in the “Rating” and “Profile/Statistics” tabs.

Basic actions when using the app:

· Select a city from the list in the top left corner of the mobile app.

· Find stores using the “Map” or “List” tabs. Only the nearest stores will be displayed!

· Select the store with out-of-stock products you want to report.

· Create and complete an OOS Form order.

· You can view the list of TOP current OOS Form users in the “Rating” tab.

· Keep track of your personal order statistics with the “Profile” tab in the “Statistics” section.
