You also have the ability to call us at any time of the day for more information or feedback about your experience and what you would like to see improved in your next ride, delivery or shopping request and we will promptly address it.

RATE YOUR DRIVERS

You can rate each ride, delivery or shopping and leave a comment afterwards. Additionally, you can add a badge in the app to let the driver know how much you appreciate their service.

Not all products are available in all cities, so far we only support Windhoek.
