Our website and mobile applications give you the tools to track your weight loss as well as a range of body measurements, over time with a simple and intuitive interface. In addition to tracking personal measurements, we make losing weight fun by giving you the tools to connect with your friends, family and colleagues in supportive competition. We believe that being able to track your performance against others, compare notes with people on the same journey and win trophies and recognition helps sustain momentum and even makes losing weight fun.

- we also offer more rigorous competitions for those who like a real challenge. See our Refereed 🏁 competitions whereby you nominate one member of your group to be your Referee. They will then validate each member's entries and provide a robust competition experience

- or try our 💰Kudos groups where you can nominate an amount of $Kudos up for grabs to the winners of your competition. $Kudos is a pretend and virtual currency and is just for fun. You will see on the Leader Board through your competition who is in a winning position and how much they will win. This will change through the competition as members vie for the highest positions.
