Mr. Larry W. Lange, age 74, has been Chairman of the Board since the inception of PAACO Automotive Group, L.P. He is also Chairman of the Board of Motive Group, L.P. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Physical Education from State College of Iowa. Mr. Lange taught at Osage High School in Osage, Iowa right after college graduation.

In 1964 Mr. Lange was awarded a Ford Dealership in Cedar Falls, Iowa and became the youngest Ford Dealer in the history of Ford Motor Company. Between 1965 to1969 he became the largest volume Ford Dealer in Iowa. In 1969,Mr. Lange moved to Dallas, Texas and established Lange Ford. In 1971, he became dealer –operator of Preston Chrysler – Plymouth in Dallas; in 1974 he moved to a multiple point dealership in McKinney, Texas to be the dealer – operator of Lange Pontiac, Cadillac and GMC.

In 1986, he became the dealer – operator of Lange Jaguar in Plano, Texas and he increased Jaguar sales to the point where Jaguar doubled its monthly allotment of cars to the dealership. In 1990, Mr. Lange joined the firm of Moore & Hicks – a brokerage firm dealing in the sale and purchase of automobile dealerships. In 1992 he founded PAACO Automotive Group, L.P. During Mr. Lange’s forty year automotive career, he has served on dealership councils for Pontiac, Ford, Chrysler, Cadillac and Jaguar.
