The timely and relevant extension services play a crucial role in promoting agricultural productivity & improving the livelihoods of the farmers. PADMA is a technology-based agriculture app specially made for Tibetan farmers which helps them make critical decisions in their farming business to increase profitability. PADMA helps farmers to treat their plots as a factory. The objective is to have a digitized system prepared so that a large spectrum of activities of the Tibetan Agriculture department can use this platform right for planning, implementing/conducting production and extension programs, monitoring its activities, making reports, and most importantly regularly engage with the farmers using modern technology through the season by providing advisory and also solving field problems.
