  Now, you can help your loved ones start their Patronus watch experience quicker, by staying informed of their upcoming appointments with Patronus support staff. You’ll be informed immediately as soon as the date is scheduled or rescheduled. You’ll also be notified if the introduction call was successful or if a followup appointment needs to be scheduled.
  
  Family carers of wearers with newer watches will now be able to receive calls from the watch.
