Pavlok app also includes a new “Workflows” feature, which allows selected contacts to send you push-notification stimuli via SMS/text or with a phone call.

The Pavlok 3 device is designed to be worn all day and has a battery life of up to 5 days. It’s also waterproof, so you can wear it while showering and swimming.
