This app provides information about depression and helps to overcome depressed mood.
This app was created as part of the 2022 Gyeonggi Science High School Information Science Seminar 1 class.
It consists largely of four donations: 'Provision of knowledge about depression', 'Exercise record', 'Memo pad (bucket list, trash box)', and 'Tips for mood change'.
In the knowledge provision tab, you can self-diagnose and gain knowledge, in the memo pad, you can create a bucket list or things you want to forget (delete after a certain period of time), and in the exercise record, you can record how much you exercised per day.
Since depression is a mental illness, it is best to see a doctor. However, for various reasons, many people sometimes feel depressed, and if it persists, there is a possibility that it may develop into depression.
Therefore, it helps depressed patients and their neighbors to acquire the right knowledge and recognize that it is right to go to the hospital, and to help those who have not reached the stage of the disease but show temporary lethargy or precursor symptoms to try to overcome it in the right way. It aims to lead.
