Hungry Unicorns, LLC, dba Peace of Mind Social Gatherings (“Hungry Unicorns”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a platform and mobile application on which event hosts can upload digital waiver forms and send them out for the event guests to sign electronically. By using the Hungry Unicorns website or mobile application and any of the information and services offered through the website or application (“Services”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. The success of the Services, however, depends on the adherence to the terms of this Agreement by you and other Users (collectively “you,” “your,” or “Users”). While we will do our best to enforce the terms of this Agreement, we cannot warrant or represent that other Users will in fact adhere to this Agreement and cannot act as insurers or accept any liability for their failure to do so.

We have two types of plans, Gold and Platinum, each packed with features as required, with multiple options between them. All event template waivers can be accessed via Peace of Mind app. Custom event waivers can be uploaded by event creators. Event creators will have the ability to upload attendee lists or manually enter them. Automated reminders will be sent to all attendees. Creators and attendees will have the option to receive a copy of their signed waivers.

Gold Plans

● Gold plan has 3 options, each to be purchased as a one-time event purchase.

● Gold - 500 waivers($39.99): This one-time event purchase allows the user to send up to 500 event waivers to unique attendees.

● Gold - 100 waivers($19.99): This one-time event purchase allows the user to send up to 100 event waivers to unique attendees.

● Gold – 30 waivers($9.99): This one-time event purchase allows the user to send up to 30 event waivers to unique attendees.

Platinum Plans

Platinum has 3 options, each for a specific set of months and could be renewed. Users could opt for auto renewal as well, to continue using the system without the hassle of the payment process each time. Will only use bank account as a payment method.

Platinum plans allow sending a link to your waiver’s history dashboard to anyone, even if they are not registered to your account. This is helpful when you have users that need to manage your waiver data. This plan also allows for sending a unique link and QR code for waivers created from pre-defined templates as well as custom created ones.

● Annual plan($99/month if purchasing for 12 months): This plan allows the user to use the app unlimitedly to send waivers and manage them, for 12 months.

● 6 months plan($12.99/month if purchasing for 6 months): This plan allows the user to use the app unlimitedly to send waivers and manage them, for 6 months.

● 3 months plan($14.99/month if purchasing for 3 months): ): This plan allows the user to use the app unlimitedly to send waivers and manage them, for 3 months.
