Peace Power Napping is your downtown Nap Studio. Gone are the days of not having a restorative place to count on downtown or near work.

We understand time can be tight during the day so we have partnered with MINDBODY to create a peaceful process to power you up.

You will be able to use the app from booking to checking in and from checking in to returning to your day. This means no waiting in lines at the receptionist desk, no needing further discussions around room numbers, any add-ons you requested will be waiting for you as well!

Feel free to book recurring naps, a last minute nap, or two naps back-to-back. We also have monthly unlimited packages and auto-renewal if you enjoying adopting new healthy habits.
