Peple HR

Peple HR puts your working life in your pocket. View your payslips, check your time off, submit expenses and reach your HR documents from anywhere — securely, and even offline.

Peple HR is the official mobile app for employees of organisations that use Peple HR for their HR and payroll. You sign in with your Visma account, and everything is scoped to the company (or companies) you work for.

FOR EMPLOYEES

• Payslips — view every payslip and open the full PDF, any time.

• Time off — check your leave balances and follow your time-off requests.

• Smart Expense — snap a photo of a receipt and let the app pull out the details automatically, then submit your claim and follow its status through to payment.

• Documents — find and open the HR documents shared with you.

• My details — see your personal and contact information.

• Allowances — keep an eye on your allowances and entitlements.

BUILT FOR WORK

• Secure by default — protected with a PIN and biometric (fingerprint / face) unlock, on top of Visma's sign-in.

• Works offline — your data is cached so the app stays useful with no signal, and syncs when you're back online.

• Multiple companies — switch between the organisations you belong to.

• Stay informed — opt-in push notifications keep you up to date.

• English and Dutch.

Peple HR requires an account with an employer that uses Peple HR. If your organisation doesn't use Peple HR yet, you won't be able to sign in.
