How to Redeem Codes in Honkai Star Rail
Method 1: Redeem in-game
- Launch Honkai Star Rail (HSR) and log in to your player ID.
- Head to Menu > Settings > Account > Redeem Code.
- Copy a working code to the code box.
- Press Confirm and rewards will be sent directly to your in-game mailbox.
Method 2: Redeem via the redemption site
- Navigate to Redeem code - Honkai: Star Rail - HoYoverse.
- Log In to your account. (On the top right, there's a Log In button. You can access your game account there.)
- Enter your redemption code and Redeem it.
If the code is valid, a pop-up written Redeemed Successfully will show up on the screen. Then, you can go back to the game and claim your freebie rewards from the mailbox.

1. The system may find no character linked to your account if your account is too new. All you need to do is go back to the game and create a role. Then, you can start the redemption process.
2. Switch all four servers, and no character info found? It's probably because the game's server is unavailable in your region. Use a VPN to log into Honkai Star Rail and try again.
