PH101.me is a novel mobile health application designed to help people with pulmonary hypertension track their symptoms, medications, and exercise capacity over the long-term. This information is designed to be easily shared with clinicians through simple to read charts and graphs. PH101.me also integrates with commercially available fitness trackers like the Fitbit Flex wristband. Note, PH101.me requires establishing an online account prior to usage.
