This application allows Phenix users the opportunity to manage rooms within hotels using Android devices and sync data with Phenix servers directly. Through the application, rooms can be allocated to a maintenance employee or a cleaning employee by choosing application type from company’s settings screen, and a specific tower and floors can be assigned to the employee, which helps to track the status of the rooms at any time (reserved - occupied - need cleaning - under cleaning - need maintenance - Maintenance underway) The cleaning or maintenance completion data can be written through Phenix Housekeeping app.
