Fixed a bug which prevented cities with diacritics(like Valparaíso or Kraków) to load.

Improved the loading time and quality of city recommendation a lot.

The city transport items are done. You can now add the time and mode of travel between two sights inside a city.

The next step will be:
- Fine tune the planning experience from the beginning to the end of the days
- Add information about public transport into the new city transport items
-Add navigation into the new city transport items
