Boomerang AR Loop Video Maker

Welcome to OpenLoop — the free, open-source app for turning any moment into a custom video loop ("Boomerang") you actually control.

Unlike the cookie-cutter boomerang apps that lock you into one speed and one direction, OpenLoop hands you the dials: tweak playback speed in real time, flip direction (forward, reverse, or ping-pong), and layer in color Looks to give every loop its own vibe. Capture, trim, tune, save — then share to Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, or anywhere else.

100% on-device processing. Your footage never leaves your phone. No cloud uploads, no accounts, no tracking — just your camera, your edits, your loop.

No ads. No paywalls. No "Pro" upsell. Apache 2.0 licensed and built in the open on GitHub — fork it, audit it, contribute to it. What you see is what you get, and the source code is right there if you want to see exactly what it's doing.

Unleash every replay-worthy moment. Make it loop. Make it yours.
