Routine bug fixes and minor new features

- "Related to" links in tasks now work. Tapping a Related-to link (People profile, Registrations signup, Services plan, etc.) now opens the resource in the in-app browser
- Links from the mobile web open Home in the correct place. Following a redirect from the mobile browser to the app now opens Home in the Home tab rather than the in-app product browser.

- You can now drag-and-drop tasks for manual re-ordering
- Added padding to the bottom of the task list index so the big blue + button no longer covers up the bottom list
- Re-worked our rich text editor so all of the buttons actually do what they say they'll do and it doesn't randomly delete your descriptions anymore!
- Truncated and added a fade effect to tasks with long descriptions; click through to read more!
