PlanWell Health is the first benefits and health integrated platform that allows employees to access benefits information, improve their health and save money – all in one place. The employee benefits experience continues to lag other areas of our modern, digital lives. Today’s workforce spends an average of 4.5 hours per day on their smartphones. Benefits communication is just beginning to catch up by offering employees app based options to access benefits information. Unfortunately, these solutions are not comprehensive because they do not have access to the medical and pharmacy claim history of healthplan members which could be used to drive better health and save money.
