Requesting your ProntoWash detailer is easy—here’s how it works:

- Just open the app and select book service.

- The app uses your location so your detailer knows where to perform the service you requested.

- You’ll see your detailer’s name and picture and can track their arrival on the map.

- Payment can be made by credit card.

- After the service, you can rate your detailer and provide feedback to help us improve the ProntoWash experience. You’ll also get a receipt by email.

- You can even join our loyalty program to earn free and discounted services.
