PropertyNoBroker From Search to Furnishing Properties - As the name suggests we wish to provide a complete solution from searching properties to furnishing properties. Buying, Selling and Renting properties is an expensive affair, more so when brokers, agents or property consultants are involved. Property No Broker aims to facilitate connecting those who are in search of properties and those who have properties to sell or rent out with an aim to eliminate brokers or agents and save substantial amounts payable as brokerage or agency fees.

Property No Broker further aims at giving you sources for furnishing properties. In the first phase, we wish to add vendors who are suppliers of various home and office furnishing material from building material (like bricks, cement, electrical, plumbing, etc) to furnishing (like furniture, decor, etc.). In the second phase, we plan to add professionals like architects, interior designers and building and maintenance contractors.
