Mobile application used in the context of data collection of patients suffering from cardiovascular diseases enrolled in the experimental study entitled "Study and validation of the clinical collaboration platform for the diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of cardiovascular diseases". The data collected in tele-monitoring (vital parameters and state of health) will not be considered for the purposes of clinical diagnostic-therapeutic evaluations which will therefore be carried out as per normal clinical practice agreed with the responsible doctor.
