This app empowers patients to open their own C-CDA (.xml) file and display it in a human-readable way. The idea is that every patient must request their doctors to generate or update his C-CDA document and send it to his personal email. C-CDA (Consolidated CDA) is an international standard for the portability of electronic medical records. C-CDA defines a consolidated view or summary of health information of a patient including vaccinations, allergies, treatments, plan of active care and problem list, to share information between health professionals. This file in XML format can be import to medical systems that support this standard international.

What is a Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture? A C-CDA document is an XML document summarizing information about an individual patient’s health care record at a given facility. The C-CDA document consists of a human-readable part, known as a narrative block, which can be displayed by any web browser, and a machine-readable part intended for automated data processing.
