You observe how things are going for you, e.g. in therapy. You can use qs+ universally as a diary, design it individually, adapt it to your goals, record what is really important, day after day, very easily, with a few "clicks" and later evaluate the progress - no problem with qs+!\nThe app has 3 areas for your observations:
