Qualla - Signups, Polls & More

Qualla helps you collect information from teams, groups and events with quick-to-create pages for gathering information, straight from your phone or tablet. Qualla is free, has a number of templates available to make getting started easy, and doesn't require that you create an account. In a nutshell, you can create a great looking survey, signup, checklist, or other info-gathering page in seconds, not minutes or hours!

Qualla lets you style your page with a number of pre-made themes -- or, if you'd like, you can use your own picture/logo as well as choose from several layouts and accent colors.

You can easily share your pages with a unique share-able link you can e-mail, via Facebook or Twitter, or you can send e-mail invites within the Qualla app.
