The Quantum Health Wellbeing app complements the Quantum Health app. The app provides you access to a variety of tools that empower you to maintain or achieve a healthy lifestyle. Depending on your company’s wellness program, the app may include:

o Understanding your health through a comprehensive wellness assessment

o Completing a variety of challenges

o Scheduling time with dedicated health coaches

o Accessing information about your wellness program rewards and activities

o Tracking your activity, syncing your wearable device and setting health goals

Access varies based on your employer and organization and requires a one-time mobile access code, which you can get from your profile menu in the Wellbeing section of your Quantum Health account
