  I've finally been able to implement some highly requested and long awaited features:
  
  * Fields are now editable and delete-able!
  To edit / delete a field just long-press it in the navigation menu
  * No more hard-coded fields:
  Quests, Locations, Factions, Characters and Other fields are now considered an ordinary, editable field. New Campaigns will not have these fields and will start out empty.

  * Added dark mode and custom colors! 🎉
  You can change the app colors and toggle dark mode in the settings menu under preferences.
  
  You might want to backup your campaign before playing with the colors just in case I missed something!

  * Added icons for custom fields. When creating a custom field, after setting the title you'll get a popup where you can pick an icon for the field.
  * Added a preferences section to the settings screen where you can change the default sort order of your notes.
  
  In the pipe:
  Working on the option to delete / rename custom fields.
  Image / PDF support for notes. Trying to decide on what platform to use for uploading.

  Added a new button in the Settings screen titled New Campaign to easily clear your notes and start a fresh campaign. Creating a new campaign deletes all your current notes so make sure to export them beforehand.
  
  Added support for Landscape mode, useful for people using tablets and Chromebooks.

  Added an option to create a custom fields / categories.
  Note that these custom fields are campaign specific, meaning they only exist in the campaigns they are created in. You can import / export campaigns (with their custom fields and entries) in the settings screen.
  
  As of this version there is no way to delete a custom field for a campaign.
