Our application aims to eliminate the process of opening a medical record, when the patient goes to the hospital emergency room.

Thus, the patient arrives at the hospital, checks in and waits for screening.

Our idea is that the patient fills in their data in advance, when they create their profile in the app, then when they need care they select the hospital briefly fill in their symptoms and go to the hospital, when they get there they won't need to wait to fill out the form and THEN go to triage.

We also want parents to be able to have their children's profile in their app, so that it can open a service for them too and can focus on their child's well-being all the time and not filling out forms.
