R-U-Ontrak enables you to manage the process to achieve quality of life goals, ie return to sport or work following an injury, or significant other goals that relate to work, sport, education and other important areas of life.

You are able to define your goal, the target end date and then add actions that you have or will undertake in the process.

The app is designed to enable you to engage with others including your providers via the groups function.
