RA Service is a digital platform to work the technical service process from the field, using mobile devices by corrective service technicians in maintenance. Make inventory requests to central distribution centers, manage inventories with own warehouses by technicians, consume materials, request materials and close service calls. These processes work in communication at the level of master data and documentary processes with SAP B1, for HANA environment.
