The application is used to serve the Board of Directors of the Riyadh Chamber and the committees, and it is an electronic system used to organize the work of the Board of Directors and committees in the Riyadh Chamber and to automate the process of meetings, decisions and all related work in an electronic form, which facilitates the work of members and saves time and effort.

The system also relies in its structure on electronic governance and the distribution of roles and memberships among the employees of the Board of Directors and the committees, each according to his authority, in order to manage the work in a sequential manner, and it begins with the establishment of the meeting and ends with the signing and approval of the minutes according to a specific sequence between the members and the chairman according to the system followed in the Board of Directors.
