RealReviews

RealReviews is an app that is designed as a platform for customers to upload reviews for different restaurants. It aims to improve customer experiences and encourage communication of authentic feedback. In addition to uploading customer reviews which is its major function, the app records and stores the instantaneous geographical location into the database as soon as the review is submitted. Combining these two pieces of information, the app will use machine learning techniques to calculate a confidence score which will be shown in the app. Customers can then refer to the confidence scores of the reviews and have a better understanding of the restaurants.
