For Customers:

Our Service for customers is 100% Free.

We store their refund related information safe and secure. We send this information to the company that the customer designates to guarantee that their information for their refund is correct.

We contact the company if the customer requests to track the customer's refund.

We support and strengthen the customer's applications for refunds over their lifetime, all you have to do is download and enter your basic details in "Free Customer Membership".

For Companies:

Our Service for companies is to improve their customer care, their refund system and their reputation for customer care to their customers and to the world.

Companies can become members of the ReFundMe App and use our name and logo in their advertising. They can contact us for a customer's details and if we

have that customers details we will ask the customer if they want to share those details and contact them for the company.

We create the link between companies and customers and prevent bad customer service, improve customer reviews, storing customer related data in relation to refunds.
