• Development of on-line community of landlords and tenants on a trust-based ‘rating’ system, Cloud-based storage system via the app for the management of leasing/rental contracts and documents.

• Tenancy Management Tool for landlords to oversee and monitor all rental properties in their portfolio, including status, rent payments, overdue accounts etc.

• Digital communication tool for traceable communication between landlords and tenants.

• On-line payment facility, which can be used for both rent and utility bill payments, for efficient management of payments.
