Report Bad Drivers

This Policy sets out the obligations of Report Bad Drivers, a company registered in England & Wales, regarding data protection and the rights of all stake holders in respect of their personal data under Data Protection Law (all legislation and regulations in force from time to time regulating the use of personal data and the privacy of electronic communications including, but not limited to, EU Regulation 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Protection Act 2018, and any successor legislation or other directly applicable EU regulation relating to data protection and privacy and covers worldwide protection of data). This Policy sets the Company’s obligations regarding the collection, processing, transfer, storage, and disposal of personal data. The procedures and principles set out herein must be followed at all times by the Company, its employees, agents, contractors, or other parties working on behalf of the Company.
