I love this game, but it's very pay to win. Shard pulls are terrible for the most part and everything costs a lot to change or upgrade. I personally don't mine the repetition, but some might find it ********. I don't spend money in game and progress is very slow. Once you put money into the game your luck goes down hill. So either be F2P or money spender. Don't buy things here and there. All in or no in.
