Not working in other region. Weird.
Where do you live? I'm in Vietnam and perceiving the same regional locked problem
In my honest opinion, guys...... The Global servers aren't copping with this game.. And this issue SHOULD and MUST be addressed.
Use vpn until it loaded to 60% then force close the game and disconnect the vpn and reopen the game it worked for me
