I'm having trouble getting passed 60% loading why is that? I've tried reinstalling and downloading the older versions, also clearing cache. How can I play this? 
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    I also have this and I also use a Huawei. Is it because of that? Since Huawei doesn't support google play and maybe it needs google play?

    I have huawei P 40 pro and don't work for me I have same problem.. is stuck on loading screen at 60%...
