App for weightlifting that displays an image of weights to load for sets.
This app was created to assist myself and several friends that work out in the gym by making it easier to determine how much weight to load onto the bar for lifting. This app will take in the user's one rep max for the lift along with his/her reps per set and RPE being worked with. The app will calculate the working weight per set and display a generated image to show the user what weights should be loaded. The intention of this app is for a quality of life improvement in the gym by making it easier to determine lifting weight.
