1. In order to make BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy) devices work great with Android 4.4 or later, it need location permission and open the location service (Not to get any location information) , otherwise it will not be able to scan the device or connect the device(That is the reason why some users feedback can't to search or connect to BLE device)!
2. fix some bugs and do some optimization
